Can anyone suggest a training plan?

I'm about 215 pounds and I want to lose weight serious. I was previously on Weight Watchers and lost 16 pounds, but after a tragedy in the family, he had to give my time and effort to something else. So, I am ready to get back on track to sensuality! I renewed my subscription to the gym and I really can not afford a personal trainer. Can anyone give me a good plan to follow while I'm at the gym?
